The confusion associated with the purchase was particularly bed an in particular the two delivery guys who do not speak english as a first language and who telephone me before 7am to advice that they would make further contact when they were 3 minutes from my home. They also attempted to leave the large box outside our front even though our order clearly stated would be to our lounge

Really well satisfied with product and the delivery guys were very courteous and very helpful Overall well satisfied

Rubbish delivery would not put it in the house had to get help to get it in the house came damaged but did get a good discount to keep it

So comfy I can hardly get out of it!
