JAMES Boy Planter 72cm Antique Stone Effect

Fab planter! Lools like real stone! I took advice from another purchaser and filled it with sand and gravel to make it more stable. Just awaiting compost delivery now which I have been waiting for 3 weeks now due to lockdown. Then I can plant it up!

I already have the little boy in .this series with water jug and I was equally as happy with this charming item. As with my previous purchase I have bedded this in where it will stand to give it more stability as it is a little light in weight due to the nature of the material. Here's a tip . The planter section has a removable stopper which I removed and have kept safe. I funnelled some gravel carefully into the hollow section of the statue to give it a bit more stability then lined the planter with a fibrous plant liner before planting it up. When the plants have finished flowering I will remove the liner with the dead plants and replace the stopper. It can then be used as a bird bath until I replant again next spring. as with my previous order delivery was timely with a delivery slot texted to me on the day of dispatch and the item was securely and safely packaged with polystyrene blocks,bubble wrap and a sturdy outer cardboard box. Overall Excellent hassle free service.

Lovely,cute statue planter ,we paired it with Janet and its so pretty addition to our garden.

I bought this as a Xmas present for my daughter and she was over the moon with it and kept it indoors for the winter, now outside in its proper place and planted.

Bought the statue planters and I am glad I did. They compliment each other so well and I have already received so many compliments over them. They are placed with a garden bench in between them and I love looking at them. Another brilliant focal point for my garden! Very pleased.
