Originally pleased with machine but very disappointed to find the hose connection to the machine is poor and has disconnected and distorted after only using a few times. Also, the window bar fitment is far too short and cannot be used - an extending one to fit different sized windows would be an improvement..

Easy set up, looks smart. Cools room quickly too. With a bit of thick foam underneath will vibrate less if you live above anyone.

Blows out more hot air than it does cool. Useless unless you sit right in front of it. Sounds like a Aeroplane about to take off. Too noisy to use while watching tv and the hose isn’t long enough. Kept coming out the back. At nearly £300 I’m very disappointed. Want to send it back but destroyed the packaging

The pipe for the unit is not easy to put together mine has got a crinkle in it therefore it keeps coming out. But the unit its self works well

Fantastic item, not just an air conditioner but a humidifier and a fan.... 3 products in one. The price was also Fantastic. Works really great, Would I recommend this item ? YES YES YES...Went to order another and they were sold out......When and if they are back in stock I will most definitely grab another
