Literally the Best Buy this year!! We are lucky enough to be able to put the hose out the cat flap( cats prefer the front door ) we have a massive room so the 10.000btu is perfect!! I would buy another one for upstairs!! a must have!!

I think it is brilliant and thank goodness we made this purchase!!! It has kept the whole upstairs of our 3 bedroom house lovely and cool.

Excellent for the price. Real value. Slightly noisier than my previous air con unit. Cools down the rooms very quickly
