The terrarium itself was beautflly packed, however the very heavy sand and sharp stones that go with it were left unsecured inside and were very likely to slop around in transit , so not surprisingly the terrarium was smashed to bits. Better packaging would have prevented this! I went for a refund rather than a repeat.

Great shape for planting up with a decent cork lid. The bags of substrate that come with it are perfect for setting it up with a decent soil and careful planting. The packaging was top class so it arrived without a scratch despite being glass.
