Judge, Sizzle & Serve - Cast Iron Platter on Server Board

I love these platters bought them for when we have our steak meal look great when serving and helps keep the food warm

It is really difficult to clean- the surface keeps getting oxidised. More guidance on this is most certainly needed.

Good and sturdy. Just perfect for cooking fajitas.
