Very nice bed but the packaging it came in was really dirty.

arrived earlier than estimated delivery date. However, the installation manual has an error and a large part of the manual is missing and it is impossible to install the bed correctly without a correct manual. A large amount of fittings are also missing. There are not enough bolts and screws. it is clearly a fault made by the manufacturer. I am contacting the customer service and hopefully a correct installation manual and fittings can be provided. The bed itself looks like what the picture shown in distance but when you look slightly closely, all the defects are shown: black marks on headboard, lots of small bumps along the edges of the headboard and it smells a lot (my one has been unpacked for a week now but it still smells badly).
