My own fault but no strings to tension the cover

The dimensions of the cover I received were not as described on the website. Also the colour that was sent to me was not as pictured.

I ordered one of these.It came and I was very disappointed. It has different colours and a different design. It looks nothing like this picture. I will be out of pocket for my delivery charge for something I would not have ordered if it said that I would have received something that looked different. I feel I have been mislead.
