Metal Freestanding 20 - Hook Coat Rack

This is a really good hat rack for my husband. It was relatively easy to put together by myself. 4 stars because the bottom pole (H) is missing (I’m waiting for Wayfair to replace it). I didn’t realize what was wrong and why the stand was crooked and leaning until I put the rest of it together and noticed the height was about a foot or more shorter than the dimensions. Word to the wise: lay out all of your parts before you start to assemble it. Also I contacted the comany email listed on the instructions and got no response. Wayfair on the other hand has a really simple process for missing parts.

The metal base snapped right off the pole, looks like welding wasnt strong enough to withstand transport. Not sure if they can add reinforcement or something to the structure. Will not be repurchasing.

This looks very good in our house. Holds a good amount of hats and isn’t too big or in the way! Great purchase!
