Grillo Solid Wood Freestanding Valet Stand

I love this valet stand, but: There are few, small photos of this item on the site, which needs improving, especially if spending hundreds of pounds. Also, I e-mailed as the large selection of colours had no photo to give an idea of the colour, just a wood colour name. I had a conversation and was promised updates that never arrived. Eventually I bit the bullet and took a gamble on the colour. Finally, I was disappointed to see some minor issues with my item (see photos); a nick on the back of the shirt hanger, the shirt hanger itself has been screwed to the main frame visibly lop-sided from the centre, the hole connecting the trouser hanger to the wood pole is blemished with glue and scored, and the bristles of the shoe brush go into unfinished holes, with wood shavings flaring from the holes. Overall this gave me a poor impression I'm afraid.

Lovely stand. The brush and shoe horn are a nice touch.
