LED ceiling fan with lighting, creativity 6 -light, quiet dimmable ceiling light with remote control and app

Beautiful lighting that is adjustable. I ordered this light with a fan and when it arrived one of the fan blades had a crack in it . I contacted customer services via web chat and uploaded photo of the cracked blade. A replacement was sent . Excellent service with my product without any fuss. It is a lovely light .

You can't go wrong with Wayfair. From selection to purchase, shipping and arrival, they are exceptional. They will stand by their products. You will always be satisfied with customer service regarding any reason for return or replacement of a product. My light fixture/fan provides a wonderfully bright light which is exactly what I was looking for.

It's cute, but man, it was a nightmare to assemble and install with very poor instructions.

The lack of installtion instructions is ridiculous. No list of parts. Each of the 7 steps begins with “install”, but no direction as to how to do so. I’m pretty handy, but come on.

I’m disappointed that this fan isn’t buyer friendly. I thought I was supposed to simply screw it in where my light bulb was in my kitchen. I see a very complicated hook up fan. I don’t have 69 to hire a gentleman to show me how to install it. I will contact Wayfair and return.
