LED Indoor / Outdoor Lantern

All I wanted was one Nice Last Christmas and this was an important part of the display Id arranged it was to go infront of a sleigh. I Ordered this in November, kept being told its on its way,I did all the chasing up with courier! 6 weeks later still no delivery, Wayfair customer services is shocking to say the least, no understanding that this was going to be my last Christmas due to terminal illness, they did nothing to help me at all, eventually the courier told me it had been lost and that I had to tell the company this Id bought it from, contacted Wayfair again and eventually got a nice empathetic gentleman who couldnt apologise enough and offered me the option of a refund or reorder it again but it would not be here till 2nd January 2025 so I said reorder please my Family could use it next year! But 3 days later it arrived with a few days before Christmas I was too ill, beaten and tired with it all by that point to even put it out. They ruined my Christmas and took time away from me where I should have been spending it enjoying it with my Family but it got the better of me. No offer of any type of gesture of goodwill or compensation. Its a company I would not advise to order from as there products are shocking as is there service.
