Received with two out of 8 faulty screwholes. Currently using with only 6/8 main screws in place ...because we had already got rid of our bed and the idea of sending back and waiting for a new one was too much. When opened these two faulty holes had scratches around them and looked like they had already had a failed assembly...so not new basically. Also very flimsy and lightweight. The black veneer comes off easily just assembling!

Bed its self is fine. Unfortunately the packaging wasnt great and one of the bedframes panels was dented. Luckily my husband sorted it but I do think you need to look at your packaging.
