This works really well in our bedroom. Not too large, and a manageable weight. It's been a godsend in the recent hot and muggy days/nights. Drop one star because it is a bit too noisy to sleep with it running all night, but we cool the room down before bedtime and it makes a huge difference for the better.

Does a reasonably good job at cooling down a room, but it is very loud. Also, as the sleep mode is barely quieter than regular mode, sleeping with it on is not something that I can personally do easily.
