The controls work with three customizable presets and an arrow up and arrow down,Once you have the height you want long press the preset you want it to save to. Just watch that your cable lengths can accomodate the height you are going to. Also the control panel sticks out so be careful you dont lean on it by accident and move the height. We provided detailed numbers in the installation instructions to make installation simple. It was reasonably easy to assemble with two people. If you like the idea of ​​a sit/stand desk but are hesitant on the value for money price, do yourself a favorite and get it. You'll never look back.

This is a great desk for the price…. As long as you can manage realistic expectations. It took me around two hours to build solo… it’s pretty straightforward and all of the holes are pre-drilled so it’s easy to line it all up. The wood looks pretty, as long as you don’t look too closely, because then you can see the scuffs. At the end of the day, it’s cheap veneered wood and that’s reflected in the price… but it does the job and looks to be a higher spec quality than it is. The instructions are mostly easy to follow, but there is an error around parts 4 on the drawer section and it took me a while to work out why it didn’t fit. As a consequence, the back didn’t line up properly… it’s not a dealbreaker, but it was a time suck and frustrating. All in all, I would recommend this desk. This is surprisingly good for the price. Sturdy desk, good design, high quality surface finish even though it's fake wood, easy assembly. I was worried about hitting my shins on the shelf below the desk surface, but the desk has enough depth for that not to be much of a problem. The only somewhat unfortunate feature that I found is that the shelf happens to be at a height where it covers up wall sockets that at the typical UK height. This writing desk has one drawer and one door, plus two open compartments with an adjustable shelf for printers and more. It has beautiful, rounded corners with a thick tabletop and sidewalls.

I bought the Ambus 100 W L Shape Computer Desk for my home office and I’m really happy with it – the L-shape fits perfectly into the corner and gives me loads of usable space (I’ve got two monitors, my laptop and still room for a coffee), the adjustable shelves are actually useful for keeping things tidy, and it looks clean and modern while feeling sturdy enough for everyday use (even with my cats jumping up to “help” during the day); it’s not the deepest desk if you like a lot of distance from your screen and assembly takes a bit of patience like most flat-pack furniture, but overall it’s great value for money and ideal if you want a practical, space-saving desk for working from home..
