Absolutely dreadful product as it comes self-assembly gets dropped on the road without notification or assistance and signed the delivery themselves. Complained to MGP however they refused to assist in any way, this product comes with far too many screws, packages, different size batons, posts, pole screws etc it is impossible to know how to assemble this looking at the instructions that they provide and don’t be fooled when you look at the install instructions on the Wayfair website that tell you MGP will email and you will get this installed without any fuss as they refuse to have anything to do with it have now complained for two months to Wayfair who initially agreed a refund and collection of the item hundreds of conversations and emails and chat later I am still waiting and very, very frustrated. Received less than 24hrs after placing my order. Fantastic! It seems they now have a UK distribution point at Tamworth and had 5 of these in stock so the 2-3 week timescale quoted could in fact be much quicker depending on other orders and their planned delivery routes. Yet to undo the substantial package; one fully shrink-wrapped unit with banding and timber supports, but I expect it to be perfect. Lovely once erected but it didn’t go up easily because one side panel was warped . The construction is up and I am pleased with the overall effect, although the doors as yet don’t open and run smoothly due to temperature changes and there’s quite large gaps between. First of all 5 stars and more to Wayfair especially to Lucy in customer services for sorting out the issues we had with the summer house. Summer house arrived on time. Good communication from the delivery company regarding emails and text messages - no problems until we started to check the package. So due to the issues we had I am only giving the summer house 3 stars at a push simply for the quality of the summerhouse. Sadly the workmanship is a little poor, nails either too far in creating holes for you to fill with wood filler, or nails that need an hammer to tap in but not all can be tapped in due to how near the nails are to the windows. (Windows are perspex and not glass). Nails sticking out here there and everywhere. Arrived with some parts damaged, 1 x window dropped out as it wasnt nailed in (nails missing). Bits of wood broken and cracked which we managed to sort. Instructions are pretty poor but we are skilled people so we did work it out eventually. Panels arrived with nails in wrong places or nails cracking the wood nails also where they shouldn't be so had to be cut off using a dremel (couldn't hammer them back out due to the angle they had been put in during the manufacturing process). We bought extra sanding sheets and wood filler before painting it. The reason we didn't send it back was due to the fact we do actually love it and it was the correct and perfect size for our small garden. Took roughly 3 to 4 hours to put up and took around 3 coats of paint over a few days. Rang Wayfair and supplied them with plenty of photos of the damages and flaws. This Console Table looks good but could have probably be better wrapped before shipping as it arrived with a few scratches that are visible so I will have to 'colour' them with a black sharpie to make them less visible.
