Problematic and very poor service and management from beginning. Original delivery date changed a few times, had to call support many times to arrange per promise. Delivery had missing parts (bed feets) and assembly instructions. Instructions sent over email after a week but only 3 page out of 13. After 20 days got a dailymotion video to refer for assembly. This was again for different make and model. Had to spent 3-4 hours assembling without proper instructions. Bed feets delivered after 5 weeks with no instructions, until then bed was unassembled and unsed and consuming one full bedroom. Called several times to complain, get updates about feets and severals emails from Wayfair on promised delivery dates which did not come true until 5 weeks later. Even one time Customer support agent just hung up on me when pressed for no progress for long time. If I add up all of my time, had to spend 2 days (48 hours) for calling several times Wayfair, hanging on line, responding emails, etc to Wayfair and couriers. All this excluding disappointment, botheration and hassles. Don't think Wayfair customer support understands customer pain and urgency.. Amit. Fri Jan 24 2025

Great looking product, feels like good quality and goes together well, instructions are easy to follow. It was packaged very well - all bits individually wrapped in plastic, but unfortunately one piece was still damaged which Wayfair rectified. Bad Point The recessed power outlet unit in the headboard comes with European plugs which there is no mention of in the description, so although it’s being sold for the U.K. market, it cannot be directly used in U.K. Also worth noting, that whilst researching this power outlet unit, there is a safety recall on them due to poor insulation of live wires, which has resulted in fires and also potential for electric shocks. We have opted not to use this unit and try to source a suitable alternative.. James. Mon Jan 19 2026
