I’m really pleased with this chair. I have a bad hand, but I still managed to put it together by myself, which was a pleasant surprise. The chair is very comfortable and the swivel feature is great. Arrived safe and sound, looks great. Nice and firm, but not super firm. Good chair to have in a living room if you have guests around, Would give 5 stars, except had some scratches near one of the screw holes. Not sure if that was a manufacturing error, or a transit issue. For the price I paid, that's not great. That said, solid chair all round.
