Very sophisticated, yet functional, the storage bed conceals three useful storage drawers.

Bed was good, easy to build and delivery was fine. But a part was missing, one of the vertical supports on the centre bed rail wasnt in the box - as shown in the image, it was easier to cut abit of wood rather than ask for a replacement as I needed the bed built that day.. Disgraceful paid for delivery to room due to complex disability of my daughter. Delivery driver refused to do so . He was seen to drag the bed to the property and it had been raining. Do not even know if the bed is undamaged until her dad arrives. Was ordered as was delivery by 5th Nov. It arrived 11th leaving my daughter sleeping on a matress again not great. I received a text saying delivery between 3.07 and 5.07pm it arrived alot later in the evening. I used wayfair as I trusted them based on previous purchases. I gold them accountable as they advertise the product and represent the companies. AVOID if you need peace of mind. Now had to take day off work to go and try and sort this if the bed is damaged I dread to think of the challenge this will bring to get collected. I now will have to think twice before I visit wayfair for anything of this nature again. A neuro diverse young girl in tears and a person with heart condition unable to move the large boxes to a upstairs bedroom . Not looking forward to checking the product later.. Susi. Norfolk. Problematic and very poor service and management from beginning. Original delivery date changed a few times, had to call support many times to arrange per promise. Delivery had missing parts (bed feets) and assembly instructions. Instructions sent over email after a week but only 3 page out of 13. After 20 days got a dailymotion video to refer for assembly. This was again for different make and model. Had to spent 3-4 hours assembling without proper instructions. Bed feets delivered after 5 weeks with no instructions, until then bed was unassembled and unsed and consuming one full bedroom. Called several times to complain, get updates about feets and severals emails from Wayfair on promised delivery dates which did not come true until 5 weeks later. Even one time Customer support agent just hung up on me when pressed for no progress for long time. If I add up all of my time, had to spend 2 days (48 hours) for calling several times Wayfair, hanging on line, responding emails, etc to Wayfair and couriers. All this excluding disappointment, botheration and hassles. Don't think Wayfair customer support understands customer pain and urgency.. Amit. Fri Jan 24 2025
