This Aura Floor to Ceiling Telescopic Stanchion is needed for all Aura components to be secured. Adjustable in height it gives endless flexibility inside wardrobes and throughout the home to create the perfect storage solutions for every need.

A bit fiddly to start with but once you have put one up the others are easy. We fixed into an old lath and plaster ceiling, so decided to put wooden noggings between the joists in the loft to get a secure fix (your own screws will be needed). The narrower extendable section (from the shelf up in the photo) will not be useable for a trouser rail or a shoe rack as it is wider at that point. We put a shelf up there and as you can see from the first photo there is a gap between the shelf and bracket but it has four screw fixings so is adequately secure for anything that you want to store at that height.. Although the aluminium tubes are of suitable quality, the plastic fixings are extremely flimsy and I am unsure whether they will last. Amazingly easy to adjust, cut and fit....I admit I was dubious as to how strong it would be as it was fragile looking in photo, but a few drilled holes later and I am stunned how solid it is and the weight it can hold. This drawer is easy to assemble and can be installed at a height of your choosing between the stanchions with the Aura drawer brackets to secure the drawer kit to the stanchions.
