If you’re a fan of the country farmhouse look, this white wooden day bed is for you! The day bed takes its design from the classic shaker style wooden bed frames and turned into a modern-day bed design. The daybed looks like a sofa with its front design and armrests which serves as a large seating area for the daytime. The size fits a standard UK single mattress, and so the sofa transforms into a bed when you’re ready to sleep! The option of a fold-away trundle bed is ideal for guests and offers an additional sleeping space that is kept out of the way by being stored underneath the daybed when not in use. The clever design of the daybed means it is also great for spare rooms, offices, and guest rooms ready for when people come to stay.

great day bed. Lisa. Mon May 04 2026

This versatile wooden day bed can be used as a bed in your bedroom and also fits perfectly as a sofa in your living room.

Honestly, the worse thing I’ve had to build. None of the screws were separated or labelled, neither was the wood panels so you had to sit and measure the size difference for the screws that looked the same. When building, the small panels that go around the sides of the bed just kept falling off even though they’ve been drilled in. I couldn’t even put the screws in that attached the panels together because they kept spinning and not tightening. Would not recommend this to anyone.. Amanda. Silkstone Barnsley, GB. The bed arrived fast and all parts were nicely and neatly packed. Nothing was missing and the manual was clear. I managed to assemble this bed alone, but of course, it is easier if you have an additional help. The slabs under the mattress could be made from a firm wood. If you press on an individual slab, it slightly gives in. I bought this bed as a sitting divan for our lounge and I love it.. Darina. Ashford, GB. Thu Aug 29 2024

Appalling quality. Countless splits in the wood. No edges have been sanded so lots of splinters while assembling. Took me (a qualified carpenter) over 4 hours to get together. Also to top it off there were some screw holes missing and some that don't line up. Also pretty much all of the joints don't tighten up nicely. I would return this but have invested so much time in getting it together. Would have put a 0 out of 5 if it were possible. Alan Captain. Dereham, GB. Sat Aug 10 2024
