I love the way the chair looks and it was pretty easy to put together. I think it’s pretty comfortable. However I am concerned about the cushions long term - they have already made impressions in them from sitting on it maybe an hour or two a day for the last week. I also wish the cushion on the ottoman would attach to its base - I’m thinking about using Velcro on it. Lovely chair, perfect for a smaller flat. Seems solid, good quality and stylish. It did say fully assembled but you had to put the base and chair together and the courier wouldn’t help me get it up to my flat even via lift. This was a challenge as I have some mobility issues. These are aesthetically pleasing chairs; however, if you are after something soft, you should reconsider your options as the foam is very sturdy, and it's not a comfy chair to sit in for a long time. Also, the real-life look is much darker with a woven/ boucle finish (see detailed picture below) I would have probably returned them, but the lovely Wayfair team had a real mission getting those chairs over to me..
