You will find that its 6 contact points from the mattress to the floor increase strength, stability, and horizontal support.

This bed frame was a part of a birthday present for my adult son/carer and also a thank you for looking after me so well. He was over the moon as his other bed had just about given up on him. It was fairly easy to put together (he is not very good at any form of DIY) he managed to put the bed together with just a little bit of supervision from myself. DIY was always my job but I can not manage it anymore.. Christine. Margate Kent. Tue Oct 06 2026

Upgrade your bedroom with this expertly crafted solid pine bed frame, designed for exceptional strength, timeless style, and lasting comfort. Made from responsibly sourced, high-quality pine, this frame showcases the natural beauty of real wood while offering outstanding structural integrity. A standout feature of this design is its full-length, one-piece solid pine side rails. Unlike lower-grade frames that use split rails reinforced with additional support legs, this bed is constructed from carefully selected, superior timber that provides inherent strength and stability. The result is a cleaner look, stronger construction, and long-term durability without the need for unsightly centre supports. The beautifully crafted slatted headboard and footboard create a classic silhouette, while the distinctive top-panel detailing introduces a touch of modern rustic charm. Finished in a rich Caramel tone, the darker orange hue enhances the wood’s natural grain and adds warmth and character to any bedroom setting. Built with a sturdy pine-slatted base, this frame offers excellent mattress support and promotes airflow for a comfortable and uninterrupted night’s sleep. With generous under-bed clearance and a sleek profile, it perfectly balances style, practicality, and everyday functionality.

Three integrated drawers provide valuable storage space for clothing, bed linen, and more, while the included bed slats look after mattress life and ensure you'll sleep soundly through the night.

Really sturdy, with lots of storage room. You can easily fit a winter duvet into the draw, it's really roomy. Exactly what I was looking for my growing son. Quite easy to put together, all the screws and other things were labelled very well and the instruction was well read. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars it's the little chip we have in the wood just between the draws, it's quite visible unfortunately, however doesn't affect the functionality in any way.. Kinga. Engineered entirely from hardwood for quick, clean assembly. This timber from sustainable sources is knot-free and when painted white does not age with knot stains leeching through the paint leaving unsightly brown marks. It makes a very stylish and reliably strong bed suitable for all age groups. The side rails are constructed by using the process called “LVL” which is an engineered timber and is known as structural composite lumber and now often used for joists.
