I was really nervous after I’d seen the reviews but the delivery men couldn’t have been nicer, they took the packages to the room I asked them to, and yes it was a pain to put together, but betweeen my husband and I we did it in a few days. One star missing because one of the steps broke when my husband climbed them to finish the slats on the bed and he hadn’t put the fronts on the stairs to secure them beforehand.. Anonymous. Love this Desk is was easy to put together with good directions. Christine. Ross On Wye, GB. Sat Sep 26 2026

Overall happy with the purchase, looks great and is extremely practical for having a n extra bed in a small space. One thing I would be wary of is that it’s quite tricky to assemble and you need to make sure you are able to attach well to a wall (at the very least to the studs). The instructions for assembly aren’t very clear when it comes to installing the mechanisms and springs. Also the delivery wasn’t great - the company delivered later than the expected date and refused to bring the boxes up one flight of stairs in the apartment building. I appreciate the current COVID restrictions, however leaving it in the hallway on the first floor is not much different to leaving it in the hallway on the ground floor w.r.t entering the building. Items were very heavy and needed more than one person to move.. Anonymous. Thu Jul 30 2020
