The bed is lovely once assembled and looks very well in the room. However, when I was putting it together, discovered that there was a significant piece missing (a corner bracket which holds the the bed together.) I contacted Customer service who said they would put me in touch with the manufacturer which could take up to 48 hours. I went to my local Woodies and managed to find a piece that would work as a substitute. By the time I received an email from the manufacturer, I had completed assembling the bed the previous day. I love this ottoman storage bed! It looks great and stores a lot of stuff. Delivery was on time. It takes two to put it together but was easy once we found the instructions and did not rely on the video alone. We decided not to attach the bottom to the bed as it only attached by Velcro. We store plastic boxes under our bed that are quite heavy, but they also cannot be seen under the bed so it works very well. The bed fits a standard double size (bought elsewhere) perfectly. Good product let down by 3rd class courier, they definitely lived up to their reputation on 2nd delivery, shame wayfair, that your customer services weren’t interested just kept blaming XPD, not interested in losing a customer.
