Bought as a replacement for my trusty old shark as I had a lot of confidence in the brand having owned 2 previously. However this one doesn’t feel as sturdy or as well made as either of my previous ones. It’s on/off switch feels cheap and liable to break, the way the wire coils up on the side of the hoover isn’t great it just looks messy and pushing it on low suction on a rug is a hard task but the suction is great if you’re pushing with the grain of the carpet/rug or on a hard floor otherwise the whole hoover judders. Its ability to change with the floor surface is excellent. The dust collector is a good size and it picks up larger pieces easily along with the dog hairs. The hose is quite rigid-when used with just the wand for edges or high level hoovering the main body seems to topple over because the hose doesn’t flex easily otherwise this would be a fantastic hoover. Amazing hoover. Abit top heavy so doesn't stand well. Needs to lean against something. However the quality of the hoover out ways this. No hair gets in the brush. The filter has two sections. One only collects hair and the other the dust and dirt. Even if your carpet looks clean ,it sucks up stuff you'd never see. Love it. Long cord too which helps.
