I’m really pleased with this chair. I have a bad hand, but I still managed to put it together by myself, which was a pleasant surprise. The chair is very comfortable and the swivel feature is great. The fabric is soft to the touch but also feels durable and thick enough to wipe clean if anything gets spilled on it. One thing to note is that there are no arms, so if you like having somewhere to rest your arms, this may not be the chair for you. Paired with a footstool, it makes a fantastic place to relax. I was able to choose the delivery date which was convenient. I received a confirmation email followed by a reminder before the delivery date. The day before I received notice of the time for the 3 hour slot. On the day I was contacted by the driver to say he would be there in half an hour and he was. We paid to have it delivered to a room and all that happened as expected. My husband unpacked it and it was assembled within half an hour. I was nervous because I had never bought from Wayfair before. I bought the chaise because I have sciatica and I need to lay flat to relieve the pain. I was a bit concerned that this chaise was much cheaper than many others and that it might be a bit fragile or the fabric might be an odd colour but honestly it is really stable, it looks really good and the seat is supportive yet comfy. I am both surprised and happy with my purchase. What a bargain moreover it allows me to sit and watch TV but if my hip starts I can lay down.. Anonymous. Mon Jul 27 2026
