I was able to choose the delivery date which was convenient. I received a confirmation email followed by a reminder before the delivery date. The day before I received notice of the time for the 3 hour slot. On the day I was contacted by the driver to say he would be there in half an hour and he was. We paid to have it delivered to a room and all that happened as expected. My husband unpacked it and it was assembled within half an hour. I was nervous because I had never bought from Wayfair before. I bought the chaise because I have sciatica and I need to lay flat to relieve the pain. I was a bit concerned that this chaise was much cheaper than many others and that it might be a bit fragile or the fabric might be an odd colour but honestly it is really stable, it looks really good and the seat is supportive yet comfy. Beautiful corner sofa. Spacious, comfortable and apparently irresistible to dogs. Sadly, its reign was short-lived. Within days, the dog had moved in, constructed a nest and shredded the upholstery with the enthusiasm of a tiny interior designer on a deadline. Five stars for comfort. One star for durability.
