This charming baby cot is designed to provide safety and comfort for your little on. Its sturdy build ensures the cot remains stable. The neutral, minimalist design allows it to complement various nursery styles, making it a versatile choice for new parents.

Treat your guests, the Buxton bed has a beautifully crafted framework that conceals a trundle bed for extra sleeping space. The pull-out trundle features castors for ease of use and can be used in either the flat or upright position. Sprung slatted bases give natural bounce, adjusting to where most pressure is exerted and providing greater comfort. The maximum mattress height to be used for this frame and trundle is 160 mm. The maximum load baring for the Buxton bed is 120kg. Please note: Birlea beds are only suitable for a UK standard size mattress.

These mattresses (I got 2) are perfect for my new day bed. The one on the trundle is a little bit too big now that it’s been out of the packaging for a couple of days but still works, I just have to squeeze it down a bit to pull it out but I’d rather my guests have a comfier sleep than go for a thinner mattress.. It starts off as a traditional metal baby cot, offering three adjustable mattress heights as your new baby grows. Once your little one is ready for their first big kid bed, simply add the included toddler rail to easily convert the cot to a toddler bed. The convertible ccotbed then has one final evolution as a day bed with the mattress height in the lowest position and the toddler rail removed.

Easy to put together for two people, looks elegant and has a lot of room to play or sleep in, amazing that it is a 3-1 bed so will last years especially as it’s metal and can be wiped cleaned. Laura. Pembroke, GB. Wed Jun 03 2026

I ordered this cot bed for my second child. Previously I have a cot from Mothercare, I wanted the same but obviously they are no longer available. My previous one is very solid and I wanted something similar. For the price this cot bed is very good value for money, I also got a further discount as a new customer. It was the heaviest one of my choices at 22kg, however still feels very light and is easily moved around by myself. My older child is unable to move it though, (and she does jump/swing and climb all over it!) It looks nice and I didn’t notice a strong paint smell as noted from other reviews. My only negative point is I don’t like all the screw holes visible at the end of the cot (as seen in the pictures), I feel it looks unfinished, but maybe once it’s a cot bed this won’t be visible. It was easy for my partner to put together but we haven’t changed from a cot to a bed yet. Overall I am happy with the product and it looks nice in the room. I would prefer it to be slightly heavier/solid and no holes at the end for a more aesthetically pleasing look but it’s great value and my daughter sleeps well in it.. Anonymous. London, GB.
