Only one gripe, some of the listings and reviews mention a function whereby you can lift the toast during toasting to check the brownness without cancelling the toasting time. The kettle is exactly what you would expect it to be. It is light and very quick to boil. There really isn't much to say about the kettle but the delivery is another matter. It is lucky it arrived in one piece as the original packaging had obviously been crushed and there are even tyre marks on the instruction booklet. DHL had obviously repackaged it before delivery. The reason I gave a low rating is i received the wrong colour that wasn't my fault had to stay in for two whole days for the items to be returned you don't make it very easy for the elderly customer when it could be as simple as putting a returns label in with the order incase the items need to be returned.
