Took a punt on this headboard as was the style I was after, but cheaper than a lot of normal stores. I'm really pleased I did, very happy with purchase. I decided to go for linen off white in king size to match my divan, colour was as expected and size was perfect. Looks more expensive than it is and is also good quality. Grey king size headboard was delivered to the wrong address (wrong street) by DHL but the lady at that address kindly brought it to my house. It was well packaged but when I removed the plastic covering it had a stain/mark on it which obviously happened before it was wrapped up…I had waited nearly 3 weeks on this item so didn’t want to return it as I would have had another long wait & might have had the same problems. The item cost £128.99 in Wayfair’s sale & they offered me £19.34 as a reduction for the headboard being marked & they suggested I used warm soapy water on it…I have organic stain removal spray which I used twice on the mark & it’s not as noticeable. I feel £19.34 is a bit low to be offered considering it was delivered to the wrong address & the item had a noticeable mark on it but accepted as if I had refused then I might have got no discount. I do really like the headboard but wasn’t impressed with DHL delivering it to the wrong address & as this item was brand new was unhappy to find it came with a mark on it which was very noticeable. Actually really easy to put together - it took me longer to disassemble the bed it was replacing. Bought the full-size for my tween and it's a very solid, attractive style that would have cost a lot more somewhere else. I’m so pleased with the look of this bed, it’s stunning. As a bonus it’s easy to put together (Seriously under an hour for someone with even a little experience of flat packs!). The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is a feel like it could be a little flimsy, as the side rail for the slats screw into the side panels directly with no support underneath besides the middle legs (normally there is a long timber Batton for it to rest on to add additional support).
