Quality item. Step 2 pic in the instructions illustrate an inverted image of the frame which can be misleading as it doesn't indicate the adjustable feet. So bear this in mind. Also before starting the build, check that all the 6mm screws provided actually go into the frame's screwthreads, as I had to do. Use a longer 6mm screw to remove any internal thread cutting residue, Hopefully these comments will prove helpful and save others, time and a little confusion. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Wayfair customer service. The wrong item was delivered to me, and while a replacement was arranged, I also asked for the incorrect item to be collected. The item weighs around 30kg and is not something easy to move or dispose of. I explained multiple times that I recently had surgery and physically cannot lift or transport heavy items. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that I should dispose of it myself or “donate” it. At no point did I feel listened to or supported as a customer. I am now left stuck with a large, useless item in my home that I never ordered and cannot move myself. Expecting customers to arrange disposal of a company’s delivery mistake — especially after explaining medical limitations — is unacceptable.
