When I purchased this clock, over 2 years ago I was delighted. Unfortunately, it has faded drastically and the front has peeled off the back. The clock is now unusable. I contacted customer service, they informed me that as it was out of the guarantee period they were unable to help. I explained that I would expect an item to lady longer than 2 years, they advised there was nothing they could do and weren’t even interested in viewing the photos.
