I bought this because I wanted to make bread, I have arthritis in my hands so it was difficult. I had seen lots of cooks using this machine and getting good results so thought i would give it ago. This machine is a game changer. I previously had and still do a Kenwood chef premium for cakes etc it was brilliant but it just didn’t do it when making bread. Since I’ve had the Kitchen aid I haven’t had one bad loaf, they have been perfect every time. I haven’t tried cakes or butter yet but I’m sure it will be perfect for those too. Just what I needed to replace the hand mixer that I had for 10+ years as it finally packed up working, I mainly use the hand mixer for making desserts, this has 6 speed setting to quickly whip up the desserts I make, once used the cable can be wrapped round the end of the hand mixer for neater storage in cupboard for next time to use,.
