Great looking product, feels like good quality and goes together well, instructions are easy to follow. It was packaged very well - all bits individually wrapped in plastic, but unfortunately one piece was still damaged which Wayfair rectified. Bad Point The recessed power outlet unit in the headboard comes with European plugs which there is no mention of in the description, so although it’s being sold for the U.K. market, it cannot be directly used in U.K. Also worth noting, that whilst researching this power outlet unit, there is a safety recall on them due to poor insulation of live wires, which has resulted in fires and also potential for electric shocks. The second thing I didn't like there was no baseboard for the mattress, just wooden bars with big gaps. If you pair with a soft mattress, it can sink through gaps. It actually wasn’t too bad putting the bed together but you definitely need to look carefully at the instructions… the only problem is the slats aren’t sturdy. Look like I have some MDF that I can put on . All in all it’s a nice bed just ideal for my son‘s bedroom.. Anonymous. Thu Aug 06 2026
