OMG - the most comfortable chair ever, I love it. I bought this because it can be quite low, but it goes very high compared to my other office chair and I’ve just bought an oak desk that is 80 cm high and I’m very short so I couldn’t reach it properly. Super easy to assemble, although I will say they make the instructions more complicated than necessary by saying “make sure the I is placed on the H”. Basically, when assembly the seat base, put H on and assemble, then put I on, it’s that easy. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range.
