Use this traditional ‘pataconera’ to press dough into round tortillas just like they do on the streets of Mexico City. In no time at all, you'll be making amazing fajitas, burritos and tacos (and discovering just how much better homemade tortillas taste).

Disappointed with the product as only flat buns can be made but not tortilla when I use the presser. Parvathi Aishwarya. Ilford, GB. Tue Aug 03 2021

I really like this cast iron grill. The size is perfect and it really works well. Nice and heavy and easy to clean after it's seasoned. I am very happy with the quality overall.. Kristin. SD. Wed Jul 26 2017

As cast iron can reach high heat on a low to medium setting, you can seal your food quickly and lock in the moisture, nutrients, and flavors, producing succulent tasty meals. It is a very healthy way of cooking too as the cooking fat drains away and collects below the ribs. The helper handle sets this Square Grillit® apart from others, for extra ease of use and stability when lifting a full pan. The grill is coated with Le Creuset’s specialist finish. Durable and easy to clean, enamel interior has been specially designed to protect the pan (no seasoning is required) and is ideal for searing and grilling foods such as meat, fish, and vegetables. Over time, it develops a natural patina that is ideal for searing and frying. The Square Grillit® is suitable for use on all hob types, including induction, in the oven, under the grill, and on the barbecue, and is protected by a Lifetime Guarantee for total peace of mind. Only low to medium heat is required when cooking and will achieve the high surface heat required for searing.

This is perhaps my most favorite thing to use in the kitchen at the moment! I got this (and 2 other Le Creuset items - thanks to the extra discount at Wayfair!) 4 days ago, and since then have made the perfect steak (2 inch filet mignon), grilled fish and grilled vegetables while staying indoors, without being afraid to go outside the house to grill and without the fuss of charcoal grilling!!. A traditional tatin recipe tenderises and caramelises the ingredients on the hob first, before adding the pastry to the top and transferring the dish to the oven for baking. The tart should then be turned upside down before serving. Le Creuset Tatin Dish can be used in the oven, on the hob and under the grill ensuring total versatility. Not only perfect for making the traditional apple Tarte Tatin, the dish is ideal for baking gratins, quiches and desserts, as well as sauteing vegetables and roasting meat or poultry in the oven. So happy with this griddle. It works beautifully on my induction cooktop. It cleans easily, too. I love the easy maintenance of the enamel. I’m not sure why the only picture in the listing is of the bottom of the pan. I’ve included a couple of pictures of how it fits on two smaller burners on my 110cm cooktop.. Julie. Mon Nov 13 2023
