Based on my recent experience with wayfair, I would still recommend it to a friend. The service wasn’t great but the issue has been resolved in the end. I was tempted to rate it as 3/4 because one of the items was supposed to be a gift which the recipient was excitedly expecting to get. It was frustrating; I did not know if the fault was with wayfair or the delivery company because I was receiving misleading messages before from the delivery service. It's a beautiful bowl perfect for bakers. I want to eventually purchase the whole in the meadow collection but don't think I will put jade from Wayfair as the bowl I ordered came a bit chipped. It didn't look like delivery damage. I think the product wasn't checked before packing. I brought it up with Wayfair and they offered to either refund 40% or full refund.
