Rewriting this review - the burner is of not-so-great quality. The metal started to rust after the first rain. It was also listed as 'clay,' which led me to believe the coating was a ceramic that should hold up to the weather, but it isn't. It is black powder coated steel. Not disappointed at all, although we bought the ‘orange’ mottled version which wasn’t as orange as the pictures on website show, but we were really happy with that! We raised ours off the ground with bricks (for more height) - otherwise it would have looked a bit unsubstantial and also any smoke would be blowing into people face level.
