Amsterdam Highboard is great ideally in the hallway, the hall and also the living room. Inside, it offers plenty of additional storage space

It’s a beautiful cupboard. I don’t want just shelves so added a coat hook at the top and moved the top shelf down so I can put shoes on them. The inside was a bit ‘shabby sheek’ so I went to B&Q and did a paint match to tidy the inside up. People say it’s heavy. I am a 53 year old woman and found it easy to unpack, move it and stand it up. The back is just a board which is disappointing. I might change this to a proper wooden back at some point. Overall delighted with my cupboard. The outside is really gorgeous.. Suzanne. London, GB. I personally really like this piece of furniture. It’s definitely very loud, so needs the right kind of space and surroundings (which I don’t actually have at the moment!), but ultimately I think it’s really authentic and interesting to look at. Mixing it in with other world pieces and colours will really liven a home up so I’m very satisfied that over time I’ll be able to work this in nicely to a long-term home. 5*. Andrew. Stroud, GB.
