This is sure beautiful! A bit nervous about fibers starting to stick up from walking on the rug. I think I can probably poke them back in and use a little white glue. Haven't tried it yet. I love this rug. The fact that it was so affordable, made me question the quality. However, I am more than pleased to say that this rug is well made and plush. It has basic cushioning so if you like a very cushioned rug, purchase a pad to place underneath. Although, I was hoping the color was lighter, it is more of a cream color.
