The sofa arrived on time and the delivery was a good experience as the men were friendly and did take care with the huge box. It was a bit difficult to find the hidden parts but in the end all parts were found. The brackets for the sides needed a bit moving what wasn't a problem but shouldn't have happend, we got two left sides. The colour and material are exactly as the picture shows on the website. This was an awesome purchase! Weve had it for years now, moved it to our new house, and its still going strong (even with our 2 dogs and 2 cats who love to sit on it.) Fits 3 or 4 people comfortably and cushions are firm but springy and supportive. When used in the sleeping position, it gets pretty wobbly. I love this sofa, it took a bit to sort but it was so easy getting into small doorways as it comes in sections for you to build.
