This is perhaps my most favorite thing to use in the kitchen at the moment! I got this (and 2 other Le Creuset items - thanks to the extra discount at Wayfair!) 4 days ago, and since then have made the perfect steak (2 inch filet mignon), grilled fish and grilled vegetables while staying indoors, without being afraid to go outside the house to grill and without the fuss of charcoal grilling!!.
