This bench was advertised with drop-down menus to choose colour of bench and colour of cushions. I contacted Wayfair because the description said that cushions weren’t included, but I couldn’t understand why there was an option to choose colour if they weren’t included. They have said it can be returned without charge if there aren’t cushions included. When the bench itself arrived, without cushions, it is just slats of untreated pine with no colour. Good product for the money and looks good but save plenty of time to put it together as the instructions are pictures only and they dont show what side certain holes go so ended up putting them on the wrong way a few times. The furniture is lovely and very easy to put together. The sofas did need two people though. The cushions are thicker than most I tried. The pieces are not heavy so will need either taken in or weighted in strong winds like I get where I live although for most in a sheltered garden this won't be an issue. Unfortunately a few of the pieces arrived broken and while I have put them together they are structurally weak at the broken bits. I await feedback from Wayfair as to what they suggest. This set is no longer available so I'd rather keep the set and dump the broken piece with a proportional refund for the broken piece. I really am pleased with the set though other than the fact some bits were broken but that's the courier's fault and not a reflection of the items themselves as they are plastic and I live very far away (lorry and boat journey!).
