With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. Chairs took longer to arrive than expected. I ordered 2 chairs with silver trim. One was in a box which said it was black. The other one in a box saying silver had a black trim. We had trouble getting the chairs out of the boxes and the stools were difficult to get loose from the chairs.
