A roasting pan must not be missing in any kitchen – no other vessel is better for frying or stewing. Anyone who has ever enjoyed a tender leg of lamb cooked in red wine will appreciate a good braiser. The multi-braiser is made of high-quality stainless steel. Thanks to the Sigma Classic base with aluminium core, it is suitable not only for the oven but also for all types of stoves including induction – it is a true all-rounder. Sigma Classic technology is also found in the lid, so it can also be used as a frying dish. The pouring rim on the lid and braiser makes it easier to drain stock and meat juice.
