It is a lovely design with a glazed front and a pretty roof canopy so that it is not an eyesore in your garden! What a gorgeous den! It is made from high-grade, FSC-approved, Northern European pine shiplap boards over sturdy 34mm framing. The joinery made opening windows and glazed doors are all mortice and tenon jointed so are storm resistant. The Pixie complies with BS EN 71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark so features acrylic glazing and a full-length hinge. The playhouse is finished in a honey brown base coat treatment ready for painting or staining after installation. The painted model shown is for illustration only. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base that is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil, or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

Perfect size for my 4 year old! My 6 year old loves it as well but might be too big for it by the time he is 7. Overall great product and perfect size for our backyard. Would not recommend, you cannot actually assemble this product as the dowells provided are too small for the hole provided and therefore if you hammer them they won’t do anything but go through the other side or be pulled out or fall out.
