I did a lot of shopping trying to find something to put on my glorified dog bed to make it look nice. This pillow did the trick. Sitting for long periods of time creates pressure on the spine which can distort spinal curves and compress discs, causing pain and discomfort. This lumbar or lower back support cushion helps to promote good posture, supporting the natural inward curve of the lower back by simply filling in the gap between the lumbar spine and the seat and taking the excess load from the back muscles. These cushions can be used as a preventative measure against back pain or alternatively to ease existing back pain whilst providing enough compression and support for the lower back to allow healing to occur. Versatile and easy care, they will fit almost any armchair and available in grey, red or cream will complement any living space.

Somewhat smaller than I thought it would be but that's on me for not measuring it. Not bad for price paid Quite supportive, so not bad. Joanne. London, GB. Sat Dec 16 2023
