Very sturdy! Mine was very similar in color to the one pictured. Only complaint (which may have been a naive assumption when buying reclaimed wood) is that the table top is not completely flat, so if you put things on it, sometimes they will be a little wobbly. I ordered this table and when I opened it the top had some damage, I got in touch with wayfair and immediately they replaced it for me and it arrived the next day. I’m so impressed with not only the table as it looks fab in my new frontroom but the way in which wayfair dealt with the damaged item. This is a nice coffee table but unfortunately the glass top is not affixed to the base and can be lifted (see photo).
