Chairs took longer to arrive than expected. I ordered 2 chairs with silver trim. One was in a box which said it was black. The other one in a box saying silver had a black trim. We had trouble getting the chairs out of the boxes and the stools were difficult to get loose from the chairs. More than just a boring rattan chair and not quite an egg chair, the chair is a large rounded seat you can snuggle into, get your feet up, and relax in. The chair is all about laid-back boho rustic beachy vibes with a splash of industrial styling through metal trapezoid legs. A sturdy steel frame wrapped in practical and popular PE rattan, with the legs of the chair and footrest being powder-coated steel. The cushions are seriously squidgy with 12cm to sink into for seat and back cushions. Take some time for yourself in your own little private zen den with the chair. The chair frame and footstool are UV and weather-resistant so shouldn't fade. The cushions are splashproof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). However, the cushions should not be left outside or in damp conditions. Store them somewhere warm and dry. If they do get wet then allow them to fully dry in the sun or somewhere warm before you store them. We're excited to bring you our new outdoor range developed in-house by our product design team! Please be aware the colour of the frame is not the same as in the photos advertised. Very disappointing, it’s a pale grey that looks like someone’s has taken a black sharpie too! Please see photo so you’re not disappointed. Wayfair confirmed it was not a mistake and if I reordered it would come exactly the same. The seat is suspended from a sturdy black steel chain, which hangs from a black metal curved arm, securely balanced on four feet, with black plastic non-scratch caps on the feet. This hanging egg seat brings all the boho industrial flair with some serious comfort. Constructed from a sturdy steel black powder-coated frame with the seat basket wrapped in PE rattan. The frame is UV and weather resistant so shouldn't fade. The cushions are splash proof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). However, the cushions should not be left outside or in damp conditions. Store them somewhere warm and dry. If they do get wet then allow them to fully dry in the sun or somewhere warm before you store them.
