The product is an excellent product but the delivery service you used deserves a 010. They held on to the product and even told me that the product was probably misplaced as it was to be delivered on 24072026. The appliance is great, it fits my drawer at work and will allow me to have warm sandwiches when at work. But it arrived slightly damaged. One piece of plastic outside was broken.
